Our 5 step process
Step 1: Define step
We'll take the time to understand what you're looking for and define what you want to achieve from one of our products.
During our no obligation, no fee site visit, we'll discuss the potential options within your budget, point out potential barriers you may not have noticed before and explain how our recommended products will solve these issues.
Step 2: Design a concept
During this stage, our experienced team will work together to source all the materials required for your project and clearly specify them in a professional document.
Step 3: Timescales
Once you've given us the green light to proceed with the project, we will give you an accurate date of installation and the delivery schedule for all of the components.
Of course, we can work around you and your requirements.
Step 4: Installation
We have several teams of well mannered, trustworthy and reliable installers, including our very own in-house fitters who have been with us for over 20 years. They will ensure your product is fitted with the greatest of care and attention to detail.
Upon completion, your project manager will help you with the transition, and, if required, give sufficient training on your new equipment.
Step 5: Aftercare
